Nana APPIAGYEI DANKAWOSO
Board Chairman
Graduate of GIMPA with EMBA degree. He completed University of Cape
Coast with B.A.(Hons.) Degree. He is the immediate past President of
Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and former President of Pan
African Chamber of Commerce.
He serves as a Director of many Boards
including Banks, Regulatory Bodies and diverse industries in the Private
sector. Nana is an experienced broker having worked as Managing Director
of OLEA M&G for over 16 years since July 2003 till he handed over in
September 2018. He was appointed Board Chairman in September 2018.
Olivier DUBOIS
Director
Graduated from INSEAD. He was the Director of Gras Savoye
International and Head of CEEMEA for WTW. Olivier has lived in Africa
(Ivory Coast and Senegal) for more than 20 years. He is a Co-Founder
and
Executive Chairman of OLEA Holding France and joined the Board of
OLEA M&G in September 2018.

Graduate of the University of Cape Coast with B.Ed. Social Science (Accounting &
Business Management). He is a Chartered Insurer and Associate of the Chartered Insurance
Institute of Ghana.
He is also a Fellow of ACCA UK and a Chartered Accountant with the
Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He holds a CII accredited training certificate
in Energy Insurance & Risk Management organized by Marsh; and has completed an
Advanced Diploma in Insurance programme certified by Malta International Training
Centre and administered by the Ghana Insurance College. He has completed an
Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional course with the Institute of USA.
He
has over 18 years of working experience as an Insurance Broker. He joined the
company in January 2006 and became the MD in September 2018. He is the Vice
President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana.
Olivier CANUEL
Director
Graduated from Sciences-Po Paris. He worked for BNP Paribas
Mexico and French Ministry of Economy and Finance in the DRC.
He
was Africa Director at Gras Savoye and spent more than 10 years in
the DRC and Ivory Coast. He is a Co-founder and Chief Executive
Officer of OLEA Holding France. He joined the Board of OLEA M&G
in September 2018.
Fred Papa KWOFIE
Director
Graduated from University of Cape Town, South Africa with MBA . He
also completed BSc. (Accounting & Finance) Degree from University of
Greenwich, UK. Fred in an Industrialists and currently works as the
Managing Director of Domod Roof Limited in Ghana.
He is a Director
of IC Securities, an investment banking firm in Ghana. He returned to
the Board of OLEA M&G in March 2022 having previously served as a
Director of the company from 2013 to 2018.
